Shipment
Allow 48 hours for order processing after receipt of payment. The shipping time is generally 2-3 days depending on the service selected. We do everything in our power to expedite your order.
Cellular Phones:
We will replace the phone if it is defective and reported within 7 days of arrival. Refurbished phones have a 30 Days warranty. New phones have a warranty direct from the manufacturer. For new phones check the manufacturer warranty.
Shipping costs are not refundable. The phone must be returned in the new condition it was shipped with all original packaging. We do not pay your shipping charges for return of the phone. Please contact us and include your name, and Invoice Date for instructions.
